12 Noon - 5 PM Registration begins Radisson Louisville North Churchill Room, At least one registration bag per party must be purchased which includes 2024 Garfest themed t-shirt.

6 PM - 10 PM ?? Welcome Dinner Taste of Italy Birthday Buffet, Raffles, Games at Hotel Chaucer Ballroom

10 AM to 3 PM Kentucky Derby Museum Group Track Tour, Film, Group Lucky Shoes craft activiity, 12 Noon Group Lunch buffet Oaks Terrrace, self-guided museum and exhibits

3 PM Leave Kentucky Derby Museum for Hotel

5:30-5:45 PM Registration at Hotel Churchill Room for Thursday arrivals.

6 PM – 10 PM?? Gourmet BBQ Dinner Buffet, Coloring Contest, Garfield Kentucky Derby Hat Contest, Raffles, Horse Race themed games at Hotel Junior Ballroom

**A number of the collectors will have their rooms open in the evenings and sometimes during the day trading and selling Garfield items. A list of the people doing this will be available at the registration table.**
